FAITH IN ACTION is sharing Christ’s love by serving the members of your church community. Whether you help with grounds maintenance, barbecue on Grill Sundays, usher, or supporting prayer requests from home, every FIA team is enriching our church family through service. Let us know what gifts, talents, and time you might share here.
The Center is a welcome daytime haven of support for people who have a variety of obstacles in life that may include chronic mental illness, substance abuse recovery issues, homelessness or any combination of the above.
The church provides periodic meals to clients, donates needed items, and assists with the annual yard sale. Church member Jeanette Lambert started and operates the center and emphatically states, “The Lord says we should help the sick and feed the poor, and that includes EVERYONE.”
